First sesssion
This is where we refine your topic and start our work.
This session might take between 60 and 90 minutes. We start with exploring your topic and define your goals. I will then help you connect with your Centrum and guide you through the process. Each session has its own, unique dynamic. This is why the duration might vary. You will already notice a change afterwards.
Price: 150,-
Regular sesssion
Here we continue our work with Centrum.
This session might take between 45 and 60 minutes. We examine what changed, re-assess and continue to work on your goals. At the core of this session is the work with Centrum. This is why it is shorter but even more effective. You are well on your way now.
Price: 150,-
All sessions can be held online via Zoom or in person at my practice in West Auckland.
The method works equally well in both settings and the price remains the same.
